The project involved the civil and architectural design and construction of the guide ways and stations of the LRT 1 Extension. This included the construction of a 2.66-kilometer elevated guide way from Monumento to Balintawak including the construction of a pedestrian overpass and walkways, the construction of a 2.74-kilometer guide way that spans from the Balintawak to the North Avenue station, and the construction of 2 elevated stations in Balintawak and Monumento.
The JV successfully delivered and completed the project on schedule.
