The Energy Development Corporation (EDC) has awarded the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for the Mindanao 3 (M3) Binary Plant Project to First Balfour. Located in Kidapawan City, North Cotabato, the 3.6 MW plant enhances the overall power generation capacity of the existing 106 MW Mindanao Geothermal Power Plant.
