To expand the production capacity for its industry-leading solar cells, Sun Power refurbished a 40,000 sq.m. building previously owned by Photo Circuits inside the First Philippine Industrial Park. The larger plant footprint enabled production of more than 300 megawatts per year of solar cells. First Balfour was responsible for the site development works in the expansion area, architectural façade improvement, and interior fit-out works for offices at the main building.
