The Modesta–Silangan Water System Project started with the construction of the 15 MLD Upper Modesta Pump Station (2 x 500 HP Pump sets) which draws water from the 5 ML Modesta Reservoir. The project scope involved the construction of the Proposed 5 ML Silangan Reservoir located in Brgy. Silangan and a transmission line 500mm Ø that connects to this reservoir. From the Silangan Reservoir, another Distribution Line with a minimum diameter of 300 mm was constructed traversing up to the Monterey Hills Subdivision via De Los Santos Avenue. Stub outs dedicated for those identified beneficiaries in the area were also constructed and tapped along these Distribution Lines.
