The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has awarded to Unisys the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Project to design, develop and operate Phase 2 of its Civil Registry System Information Technology Project (CRS-ITP2) aimed at enhancing accessibility and increasing speed of service for citizens requesting official documents such as birth certificates.

The public private partnership also provided a CRS building to house a brand new customer service facility and data center, centralizing the back office infrastructure. Unisys engaged First Balfour to design and construct the new CRS building. It is First Balfour’s first foray into a specialized building project with a complete construction works package. It is located within the PSA complex along East Avenue in Quezon City and has nine floors including ground level parking.
