The original contract for this project was for the construction of a world-standard, 2-level semiconductor facility with an approximate area of 4,322 sq. m. It has a clean room production area, material storage area, shipping area, offices, network room, cafeteria, and kitchen and loading docks.
After 2 months into the contract, First Balfour was awarded with the expansion which was about 64% of the original area and involved additional production and equipment areas. This expansion was done simultaneously with the ongoing construction of the original work scope.
