The ceremony, jointly hosted by the FPIP Commercial Properties Group (CPG) and Construction Management Group (CMG), featured a short program and a symbolic shoveling ceremony signifying the building’s structural completion. Home to more than 70,000 workers from over 150 locators, FPIP aims to transform the park’s frontage into a vibrant township where workers and residents can access daily conveniences.

The FPIP Plaza, which sits on a 12,500-square-meter site in the southern portion of the park, will soon have retail establishments and convenience stores at the ground and second floors while the third floor is designated for leasable office spaces.

Having won the contract in June 2024, the project officially began through a ceremonial groundbreaking ceremony in September 2024. Led by Project Manager Paolo Sapinoso, it is expected to be completed in early 2026.
