The project involved the construction of the Bump Building Expansion at the existing Texas Instruments Philippines Clark Facility at the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga. The new building added approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of cleanroom space to the existing Bump Building on site.

First Balfour received two accolades from Texas Instruments (TI) Philippines Inc.—a recognition for achieving a Zero Accident record in a Building Expansion Project in Clark, the best safety record compared with 12 other TI projects of similar size and type around the world; and the 2011 Texas Instruments Regional Supplier Recognition Award, the only construction service provider of TI worldwide given the award for the year.
