Sitting on a nearly two-hectare property, the 5-storey VITRO Data Center has a ~ 3,500-rack capacity making it the biggest data facility in the country. The data center intends to cater to the requirements of banks, business process outsourcing firms, and other organizations handling vital data.

The general construction works package awarded to First Balfour includes earthworks, structural concrete and steel works, architectural works, and waterproofing among others.
