First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP) has awarded the first phase development of FPIP-III, the park’s planned expansion in Brgy. Pantay Bata, Batangas, to First Balfour. The project, set for completion in January 2017, involves the design and construction of 580-linear meter roads and utilities.
FPIP is a twenty-year old industrial park that boasts of best-in-class road network and infrastructure, underground power and telecommunications conduits, and dedicated industrial utilities. A number of these facilities were constructed by First Balfour, including the civil works requirements in FPIP-II (see photo) e.g. the main gate, road works, underground utilities, and ready-built factories in 2015, as well as FPIP’s 3,000 cubic meter per day capacity waste water treatment plant in 2003.
Both subsidiaries of First Philippine Holdings (FPH), First Balfour and FPIP aim to align with its parent company’s commitment to uplift lives through key industries and infrastructure that advance national development.
