Every year, the Department of Education (DepEd) conducts the National Schools Maintenance Week more popularly known as Brigada Eskwela. Now on its 12th year, this school maintenance activity engages all education stakeholders to contribute their time, effort, and resources in ensuring that public school facilities are prepared in time for the school opening.
Several First Balfour project teams volunteered for this year’s Brigada by helping repaint classrooms and fixing damaged school furniture and equipment and the general maintenance and upkeep of school grounds.
